Shipping + Returns

Shipping

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $5. If you select Flat Rate Shipping, we will ship out your order via USPS in 3-5 business days. Tracking information will be mailed to customers as soon as the package is on its way. If you select Local Delivery and you live within 15 miles, we will deliver your order for free, during normal business hours, 1-3 business days after your order is placed. 

Returns/Exchanges

Thank you for purchasing handmade artisan products! As with anything handmade, products may vary slightly in color and/or size. 

In the instance you want to return an item for an exchange, we accept returns up to 30 days (in-store/postmarked by) after the shipping date of your order in the form of store credit. You will be issued a gift card for the amount of the order.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and unaltered. Customized/personalized items cannot be accepted for return or exchange. Due to our products being handmade in small batches and/or one-of-a-kind items, please contact angela@thevidacollective.com to see if an item is available before mailing back for an exchange. 

Unless your order arrived damaged, shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues
If an item is damaged or defective, it should be reported to us within 10 business days of purchase or receipt of the package. Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
